on the mend
i've been fever-free for 8 hours, and elimination is under control. i woke up at 4:54 am desperately craving burger king tater tot coins, and justin is taking me there now. i will stay home today, and he is off and will look after me, and i will take it easy and drink more gatorade and what slushy foods i can manage (but no bananas, julie, as i am allergic to them). and i've still got morning sickness, so the tadpole is doing something right.

*Phew* crisis over! Glad to hear you are merely throwing up rather than the whole evacuation thing.
Take it easy:)
Poor Laura! Poor Tadpole! And poor Justin! I hope that the worst is over and that you're all bouncing around this weekend, doing fun things.
(My husband is allergic to bananas too! What a strange thing to be sensitive over.)
lorem - the banana thing is related to latex allergies, atleast for Laura. Is your husband latex sensitive/alergic as well? It's always a pain at hospital, doctor, etc and when traveling, the first thing I need to learn is how to say 'no latex, no penecilin, no whatever else Laura is alergic to' ...
Oooops. She just lost her tater tots.
Glad to hear the fever is gone... that's sucks about the tater tots. (loves me some tater tots) May the MS leave you soon.
I thought maybe the tater tots were a bit too adventurous when you're coming off a couple days of total elimination. But good for you for trying.
Nope, just bananas. Antibiotics and latex are fine.
Sorry about the tater tots, too.
Polka Happy Hour - with pierogies (me) and tater tots (she) might not be a good idea afterall.
Headed upstairs to watch Bad Education ... I'm sure that Laura will be around later to update on the intake (and outtake) food and beverage wise.
Oh, darn. Thought you were doing better, see in the comments I'm late in congratulating you. Sorry about the tater tots. :( And hope you're feeling better sometime soon.
Oh honey. Please call the doctor? I hate them too, but they must be good for something.
I like going into the doctor sick and smelly. I think it's v. convincing.
I'm glad you're feeling a little better (but sorry about the tater tots). I was thinking of you today because my husband is actually going through something similar - well, minus the Tadpole part. It sounds like Justin is taking good care of you.
Feel better!
