flashback mornings and firewall afternoons

a bad, bad morning of reliving hans's delivery, only this time, i'm standing out in the hall with the family, listening to my god-awful screaming. how pitiful - listen to the mother of the dead baby trying so hard for nothing. shameful. shit.

yesterday afternoon, i got a warning from our information protection services at work that my personal internet use had reached abusive levels and was in violation of company policies. i cannot afford for it to go to the next level, which would involve my boss being made to do something about it, which would draw his attention to the websites i most visit - namely, this one. i have to have some private place, so from now on i can only go to this place at night. shit. the afternoons are going to be long.

how did i come to be in this place? is this some big cosmic punishment for - who knows what? is there some malevolent puppet master up there running mind fuck experiments on me like i'm a member of an ant farm? because it needs to stop, dammit.

I'm having trouble with work/blog balance, too. And yowza, your post scares the shit out of me. Guess I'll make this quick.

Sorry you're having the flashbacks. God it just breaks my heart reading what they're like for you. I just can't imagine.

Assvice: Get a gmail account have all posts/comments you make or anyone makes sent to that account (it's a setting in the blogger settings functions). Then each time you get a comment you can read it in your gmail account. If anyone ever checks the gmail site they would have to have your password and logon name to see your email. Otherwise they will just get the main log on page for gmail. This should provide you some protection and security.

At least then you can read the comments folks leave thru the day.

Really sorry to hear you had that flashback. *hugs*

Flashbacks suck. On a lighter note, there's no way you are part of an antfarm, according to you you belong in a stink bug farm!

I agree with Cat. Also, does Justin have more liberties at his work? Maybe you can email him your posts for him to put up.

ps How do you smell today? (And don't say with your nose.)

I have about 1500 comments sitting in my hotmail inbox taking up very little space. And I get a little pop up box to tell me someone has left me a note. Which is nice. I don't have to look on my own blog at all unless I need a link or want to post.

I am also so very sorry that you are still having such frightening and vivid flashbacks:(
